- Identify, develop, and support business process changes in software delivery.
- Conduct detailed interrogation of customer needs and translate them into functional/non-functional requirements to improve productivity.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional/non-functional requirements for ADDP.
- Ensure that solutions delivered through ADDP are aligned with defined policies and guidelines.
- Support definition of template processes and end-to-end delivery process.
- Stay up to date with new DevOps and Security tools and features.
- Become a role model for a configuration first, customization second mindset.
- Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Test against defined acceptance criteria acting as Product Owner.
- Create and maintain user manuals and process documentation.
- Execute user trainings for new functionalities and refresh trainings.
- Provide 3rd level support for complex issues of ADDP.
- Support project delivery during various phases of implementation, testing, and delivery to production.
- Previous experience with DevOps concepts (at least 2 years) 💼.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to present complex concepts concisely and clearly.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of software development (knowledge of any software development language is a plus).
- Good knowledge of software security processes (SCA and SAST).
- Good knowledge of the following tools:
➙ ALM Applications (Siemens Polarion is a plus)➙ DevOps Tools (Azure DevOps is plus).➙ SCA and SAST tools (e.g. JFrog XRay or Synopsys Coverity and Blackduck).
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
