- Responsible for growth marketing across paid and owned media. This is a metrics-based role for someone who enjoys testing growth tactics and has a proven track record of success.
- Develop and execute campaigns to drive lead growth and industry share using paid media/SEA, SEO, webinars, video, content marketing and more.
- This is a highly collaborative role and you will work alongside a growth marketing associate. You will collaborate with colleagues in content marketing, marketing operations, product marketing, video and social media plus external design and engineering partners to achieve success.
- Responsible for monthly leads delivered to the sales team.
- Collaborate with sales, product and executive teams to determine business priorities and set performance goals, budgets, and long-term growth plans.
- Collaborate with external vendors to produce creative assets with an eye for adherence to brand guidelines, company messaging and campaign objectives.
- Develop tracking dashboards and monitor, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness, tying results directly to business objectives.
- Serve as the company’s expert on innovations in growth marketing and the latest SEO practices and techniques including Google algorithm changes, technical SEO, on-page/content optimization and off-page SEO.
- Audit company and competitor websites and search engine results to identify organic and paid opportunities.
- Own key aspects of the website; uphold web quality standards and implement best practices across the marketing technology stack.
- Monitor company website for technical SEO issues and indexing problems and work with engineers to ensure they are fixed.
- Coordinate with divisional teams in Switzerland regarding budget, corporate campaigns, web management and more.
- 5-7 years of digital growth marketing and search engine marketing experience.
- Experience in life science is preferred, or an eagerness to learn our life science target segments and customers in detail.
- Demonstrated exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- A track record of impressive growth achievement in prior roles.
- Excellent communicator who can convey your strategies clearly and report out on results with optimization plans at the ready.
- An enthusiastic participant in the SEO community, with a demonstrated interest in continuous learning.
- An attitude of constant optimization; scaling what is working and improving what's not.
- Proficiency in utilizing major SEO tools, such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMRush.
