Data Governance Project Manager

As a Data Governance Project Manager you would be a part of Business Transformation Team, responsible for analyzing data, providing business recommendations, supervising data loads and implementing SAP template in Mettler-Toledo locations worldwide.

Your responsibilities would include:
  • Analyzing current business data.
  • Managing, monitoring, and visualizing data, creating dashboards.
  • Communicating progress to Unit Management.
  • Guiding Key Users through the implementation and transformation process.
  • Building ownership by setting expectations, sharing best practices, facilitating cross-unit exchange and positive change environment.
  • Run business change impact assessments, define change actions with key users and local stakeholders to enable change leadership.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Change Management/Project Management/Business Transformation.
  • Project Management experience and skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Experience in Data Processes.
  • Very good knowledge and practical experience in Excel.
  • Readiness to travel (up to 50%).
