- Analyzing current business data.
- Managing, monitoring, and visualizing data, creating dashboards.
- Communicating progress to Unit Management.
- Guiding Key Users through the implementation and transformation process.

- Run business change impact assessments, define change actions with key users and local stakeholders to enable change leadership.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Change Management/Project Management/Business Transformation.
- Project Management experience and skills.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Experience in Data Processes.
- Very good knowledge and practical experience in Excel.
- Readiness to travel (up to 50%).
