Service Coordinator

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

The Service Team are looking for a new member to join the Team! As Service Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating resources to ensure the successful and timely completion of service orders. 
  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and queries, providing estimates and lead times for site visits, depot orders, and parts to ensure high customer service standards.
  • Service Order Management: Oversee service orders from initial call logging to completion, keeping technicians' diaries up to date and ensuring depot repairs have the relevant purchase orders.
  • Customer Feedback: Proactively update customers on service order statuses and spare part deliveries, keeping them informed of any changes or progress.
  • Scheduling: Book and schedule planned service orders to ensure timely completion within the specified month as per contract activation details.
  • System Maintenance: Maintain service management systems, ensuring orders are in the correct status and notes are current.
  • Team Collaboration: Support other departments to foster a team spirit within the company.

What You Need to Succeed

• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
• Proactive and works well on own initiative
• Excellent attention to detail
• Competent with MS Outlook and MS Excel
• Outstanding Customer Service
