- Manage project requests from Idea through Assess to Decide and after Go-Live through Adoption to Close Out
- Support timeline release planning of ongoing projects in collaboration with the project managers
- Identify off-track projects and work with project managers to identify measures for these projects
- Manage risks and issues for projects
- Conduct Project Steering Committee meetings
- Manage the funnel of new initiatives / projects
- Bachelor degree in IT, Business Administration or related area.
- At least 5 years working experience in IT or related area.
- At least 3 years working experience in project and/or portfolio management roles.
- Working experience in an international distributed organization.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills.
- Structured approach to problem solving.
- Ability to learn quickly and independently drive to perform.
