- Create and maintain organizational charts and RACI matrix
- Create and maintain the project plan on how the project will be executed, monitored, controlled, and completed
- Coordinate requirements engineering verifying the product ideas meet the scope
- Define work packages and coordinate them with the overall project plan
- Monitor and report on project costs
- Coordinate procurement management
- Coordinate logistics management
- Organize and lead the transition from engineering to manufacturing
- Other associated duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mechanical or industrial preferred, or equivalent. An alternate degree will be considered with equivalent technical and project experience
- Experienced in Project Management, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate is preferred
- Ability to lead and motivate multicultural teams
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Good to have experience with Creo 3D CAD modelling software, Teamcenter PLM software management system, SAP ERP software
