DevSecOps Solution Specialist

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

DevSecOps Solution Specialist is a part of the Application Development and Deployment Platform (ADDP) product team. You will be responsible for supporting METTLER TOLEDO software development team to deliver high quality and secure software. 
  • Collaborate with Product Development teams and support the introduction of corporate templates for application delivery.
    • Support of requirements management process.
    • Support of release planning through SAFe methodology.
    • Support of execution through Agile Scrum methodology.
  • Provide 2nd level support for the applications composing the ADDP (Siemens Polarion, Azure DevOps, JFrog Artifactory).
  • Manage access and license assignment for the applications composing the ADDP.
  • Collaborate with the ADDP Product Owner and the ADDP Business Analyst analyzing business requirements and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Ensure the compliance of the processes with the corporate policies and guidelines.
  • Ensure that the ADDP documentation is comprehensive and up to date.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest requirements management and application delivery methodologies.
  • Provide training and guidance to development teams on the use of the SAFe and Agile Scrum templates.
  • Test and validate the templates against the defined acceptance criteria.

What You Need to Succeed

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in similar role.
  • Excellent English skills (C1 level).
  • Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and / or SAFe, Agile.
  • Good knowledge of application development and experience with change management processes (CMII, ITIL or similar).
  • Knowledge of Siemens Polarion, JFrog Artifactory or Azure DevOps is a plus.
  • Good communication and presentation skills together with team-player attitude.
  • Ability to travel abroad (up to 10%).
