- Min 5-10 years working experience
- Engineering, business administration or science faculty degree. MBA is an asset
- Fluent in English
- Ability to travel across Turkiye, Middle East & Africa
- Biotechnology, lab equipment & instruments, life sciences experience can be an asset
- Experience on managing the distribution channel across country and neighbourhood.

- Achieve company objectives as define in Volume EU business plan as achieving sales targets, Sequoia (sales and marketing activities) targets, implement marketing plan, ensure all dealers are aware of the complete Volume product and support offering and provide training, CRM contacts are updated
- Develop market insight based on analyzing the market size, market segmentation, competition, etc.
- Develop sales strategies and implement those by taking necessary actions for continuous growth
- Establish close collaboration, train and develop existing dealers and create new sales channel according to the business plan
- Create business plan for each dealer in each country by setting form of cooperation, setting quota, monitoring their activities, allocating marketing resources as setting form of cooperation, assigning quota, monitoring their activities, allocating marketing resources
- Support dealer marketing communication within the territory
- Represent Ohaus/MTOL in a professional manner at all times.
- Monitor / report competitors activities.
- Ensure product knowledge is up to date.
- Monitor distributor’s activities. Key dealers must be up-to-date with the products and committed to our sales philosophy
- Assist RSM, MMs and management with specific projects as required
