🚀 We are on the lookout for a Performance Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 2 years experience in PPC (Pay-per-click: Search Engine Advertising, Display, and Social Media Paid) and exceptional English proficiency! Join our dynamic team to craft and implement effective search strategies that drive results! 🔝

Your Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design and execute search strategies, while analyzing campaign performance for continuous improvement 💻.
  • Take charge of PPC campaign execution, including precise setup, thorough keyword research, bid management, performance tracking, and optimization efforts 📈.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing.

What You Need to Succeed

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) or Search Engine Advertising (SEA). 
  • Proficient in Google Ads and MS Excel 📊. 
  • Outstanding command of English (C1 proficiency level). 
  • Strong communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and capability to work effectively both independently and within a multicultural team. 
  • Authorized to work in Poland. 
Nice to have: 
  • Experience with tools such as Skai (formerly Kenshoo), Bing, Yandex, Yahoo JP, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads is advantageous. 
  • Experience working in an agency setting.
