- Proactively provide technical and operational support to Technicians and the service back office to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Deputise for the Service Manager - Analytical and Weighing, and the Weighing Team Leader (South), as required.
- Manage escalations effectively to achieve prompt and satisfactory resolutions, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Support the Service Manager - Analytical and Weighing in maximizing chargeable opportunities and overseeing regional service management.
- Deliver or organize technician training sessions to maintain high standards of technical competency.
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation, customer-specific site regulations, and quality systems.
- Conduct customer site surveys to advise on and provide quotes for service work.
- Proven experience in successful supervision of a team of field-based service personnel.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Technical competence with laboratory and industrial weighing products.
