Quality Inspector II - 5th shift

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

5th Shift - 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM on Saturday & Sunday (More hours can be requested,if needed)

• Perform dimensional, functional, and visual inspections of the tips. Requirements: Proficient on level I tip inspections using microscope, pipettes, and other measuring equipment.
• Perform dimensional Inspections on molded parts components. Requirements: Proficient on using, calipers, micrometers, ping gauges, filler gauges and setup of metrology equipment as required; equipment may include CMM's, and others electronic optical measurement systems
• Inspect and record results into InfinityQs and other required applications.
• Ability to understand product drawings, specifications and work instructions.
• Take immediate action to ensure the work in progress is within specification; identify and disposition defective product based on specifications and procedures.
• Assist and / trains other inspectors on basic inspections.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure good teamwork and best practice.
• Follow Company policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
• Maintain work area clean and organized.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor.

What You Need to Succeed

• High school diploma and or equivalent
• Three (3) or more years of related experience required 
• Visual and dimensional inspection skills to use precision measuring inspection tools as demonstrated by classroom educational training relative to   technical field and/or work experience
• Good computer skills and must due to inspect and test results entered into InfinityQs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, excel, ability to learn and effectively utilize other software applications.
• Must be able to multitask in a high-quality environment, with a strong work ethic and reliable work hob history
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units and measure, using whole numbers and decimals.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to read and comprehend required documentation
