- Develop clear, high-quality internal training materials by synthesizing input from sales representatives; ensure timely delivery, track progress, and maintain project documentation to keep all stakeholders informed,
- Cooperate closely with PRO Division Marketing Team members to align sales tools effectively with overall marketing strategy,
- Serve as a subject matter expert on sales tool creation, providing guidance and coaching to stakeholders to develop impactful sales materials,
- Collaborate as a co-owner of the division's Sales Enablement Tool (SET), overseeing content validation, page creation, accurate tagging, feedback resolution, and management of cleanup and enhancement tasks within your scope.
- 3-5 years of experience in field sales, inside sales or telesales or engineering,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel, with a strong willingness to quickly learn new tools,
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken), strong communication, and organizational skills,
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
