- Define and implement quality control strategy
- Responsible for process quality control, internal & external customer quality issues resolution
- Maintain quality management system, ensure that all documents are compiled and completed
- Drive unit quality improvement initiatives based on data analysis of GQM, QN, LMES
- Improve the accuracy and reliability of quality data collection system, visualize data in a structured manner to provide early warning and prediction for quality control
- Team capability building
- Participate in internal and external audit, control nonconformities and take corrective actions
- Responsible for cross-unit communication and optimization for related quality processes
- Improve industrialization quality for new products ;
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Quality Management, or equivalent science/engineering field
- 5 years of minimum experience in the quality field
- Good communication skills, goal-oriented and strong execution
- Six sigma green or black belts is a plus, and PMP certificates is a plus
