Corporate Development Analyst

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

We are looking at our global operational Headquarter near Zürich (Nänikon-Greifensee) for a motivated Corporate Development Analyst 100% (all genders)

In this role, your responsibilities would include:
  • Supporting Corporate Development activities related to market, company, and technology assessments to identify growth opportunities and assist in shaping the corporate and M&A strategy
  • Contributing to companies’ valuation, M&A due diligence processes and post-merger integration projects
  • You work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to support a wide range of corporate development projects and activities 
  • Providing support in liaising with potential cooperation partners and acquisition targets to drive business expansion

What You Need to Succeed

Following requirements are necessary for this role: 

  • You have at least a Bachelor’s degree in natural sciences or engineering, ideally complemented by further education in business administration, corporate finance, or a related field
  • You have up to 3 years of practical experience in a similar role within a global industrial corporation or a leading strategy consulting firm
  • You bring ideally demonstrated experience in company scouting, conducting thorough assessments, and supporting M&A processes
  • You have strong analytical skills with the ability to handle and interpret large volumes of information and data effectively
  • You have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. proficiency in German is considered an advantage
