Ø Provide sound consultation on application and related compliance regulatory standards
Ø Perform Installation, commissioning, training, calibration services, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs. Travel within Philippines is required.
Ø Perform engineering adaptations of products, equipment and services.
Ø Expand MT’s spares & services business and manage projects, contract services and relationships with customers.
Ø Generate service leads and product cross-leads
Ø Develop competency in product application, segment specified knowledge and regulatory compliance standards. Successful in completing services and assigned service responsibilities, regular updating of service management tools and service reports. Proper managing of service job schedule and service tools. Meeting service sales targets and agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Ø Combine technical knowledge with customer management skills to articulate technology and product positioning to both the business and technical users and ensure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the service process
Ø Managing existing accounts and consistently updating service activities
Ø Updating installed equipment database and CRM
Ø Support cross leads initiatives; check on customers’ investment pipelines.
Ø Identify current and potential customer requirements by establishing personal rapport and understanding key requirements
Ø Check on customers’ requirement for Spare parts, Contract, Repairs and new potentials
Ø Provide and present product & technical information to potential and existing customers
Ø Responsible for actively driving and managing project pipelines
Ø Provide technology evaluation during sales process, working in conjunction with the Sales team. Becoming a competent key technical advisor and product advocate for MT products
Ø Communicate regulatory compliance requirement and applications effectively, demonstrating MT’s market leadership and expertise in the relevant fields
Ø Interact with customers’ engineering teams to illustrate MT’s value propositions
Ø Responsible for equipment performance in the field and ensure customers’ satisfaction.
Ø Develop customer's staff by providing technical information and training
Ø Responsible for key account management
· Degree/Diploma in preferable in Chemistry, Engineering, electronics, instrumentations etc from a reputable University
· Instrumentation/Laboratory sales or technical experience would be preferred
· Minimum 3 years working experience in a scientific equipment or Technical/Laboratory Service Environment will be preferred
· Independent with a proactive approach to customer management
· Understand project management skills
· Willing to travel (within Philippines)
· Valid driving license
