Field Sales Representative

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic account plans to grow sales

Achieve all sales targets by growing business within defined account base

Maintain active customer engagement through daily field visits to client sites to conduct product demonstrations, seminars, training, business reviews and more

Follow established CRM guidelines for Lead-Activity-Opportunity-Order process to drive effective pipeline management. Maintain integrity of pipeline over time but updating relevant information on an ongoing basis.

Establish trusted advisor status by mastering product knowledge and applications and always providing the highest levels of customer support

Create cross-selling opportunities to support Mettler Toledo solutions across the value-chain

Utilize relevant marketing materials and also develop customer-facing content including PowerPoint presentations, Excel data reports within corporate guidelines

Complete required reports on a timely basis

What You Need to Succeed

Bachelor's degree preferably in a life sciences discipline

2 or more years of customer-facing experience in the Life Science Research marketplace a plus

Experience identifying new business opportunities and onboarding new customers in the Life Science Research marketplace

Computer skills: CRM, Excel, Remote Meeting Tools, Email tools
