- Manage content creation projects with a focus on brand awareness, lead generation and sales support content in collaboration with different stakeholders to create customer-centric material for digital consumption
- Collaborate with product managers, application specialists, and segment marketers to translate complex technical topics into clear, customer-oriented value propositions and stories — you will work closely with internal subject-matter experts to gather, simplify and structure scientific input
- Create and adapt a wide range of content formats (e.g., brochures, application stories, white papers, web pages, emails, videos, and presentations) tailored to target audiences and buyer journey stages
- Manage content production workflows, including briefing and coordinating internal stakeholders, agencies, and freelancers, while keeping timelines and budgets on track
- Ownership of the team’s video program and planning activities; project manage video productions in collaboration with external and internal partners
- Ownership of the team’s podcast program and planning activities; project manage podcast productions in collaboration with external and internal partners
- Act as both writer and project lead: produce clear, compelling copy and content concepts, and at the same time drive project delivery across a matrix organization
- You have a scientific degree combined with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role in Marketing or Communications; experience working in an international matrix organization is highly valued
- You are an excellent communicator in both speaking and writing; native English is preferred or at least C1 level; other languages would be a plus
- Proven experience in creating content for brand awareness, lead generation and sales support; strong writing skills and the ability to simplify complex scientific information for non-expert audiences
- Experience producing a variety of content formats (white papers, web content, emails, video scripts, presentations) and reviewing agency deliverables
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail; ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, budgets and external partners to deliver on schedule
- High degree of self-motivation, quick comprehension of complex topics, and resilience under pressure and tight deadlines
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (product, applications, sales) and coordinating with external agencies and freelancers is an advantage
