Territory Service Sales Representative

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

The Service Tele Sales Representative is responsible for selling and promoting our services over the phone to the pre-identified potential customers in a specific geographic area. The successful candidate builds and maintains strong relationships with customers, works collaboratively with internal teams, and meets or exceeds sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources.
  • Build rapport and establish a relationship with customers through active listening and effective communication.
  • Effectively communicate the value of our services and answer customer questions and objections, utilizing our group tools such as SET.
  • Accurately record customer information and sales activity in the CRM system
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by maintaining a high level of productivity and quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery excellence.
  • Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and professional development
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Analyze and utilize data in a service sales context

What You Need to Succeed

Skills & Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in tele sales or telemarketing, preferably in the service industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, Value selling and story telling / professional presentation skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Value selling and storytelling / professional presentation skills

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
