Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Job Description:
In this role, your responsibilities would include:
• Provide technical support and solutions for troubleshooting of Titration, MP/DP, UV/VIS, and
DE/RE instruments to MT service technicians.
• Closely collaborate and work with SBU teams (MSG/RnD) to capture observations, report bugs,
and document these findings.
• Conduct service software testing (pre-launch and post-launch) on various patches, such as
functional tests, calibration, operational tests (OQ), adjustments, certifications, GSST, and
preventive maintenance.
• Write test cases to support hardware/software testing.
• Support the update of the Scope of Work documentation for service development.
• Provide on-site/off-site training to the sales rep and service engineers, on AnaChem instruments.
• May include filed visit for on-site troubleshooting and provide support to field technicians during
installation.
• Troubleshooting queries, especially on installation and configuration, Peripheral device
connectivity, etc.
• Develop proficiency in Software troubleshooting, instrument connectivity, and communication
in direct or networked mode as applicable.
• Create training content for e-learning platforms
• Conduct seminars/ workshops and technical discussions to support sales.
• Ready to travel to Switzerland for training/workshops     

What You Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualification / Requirements:
The following requirements are necessary for this role:
• Master's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or equivalent
combination of education and experience is required.
• Minimum 3-4 years of Industrial Experience in a customer service/field service organization or
related field.
• Having experience in the field of service for analytical/laboratory instruments would be an added
advantage.
• Should have a strong intercultural understanding since you will work in a global team with
worldwide exposure.
• Profound knowledge of root cause analysis and problem solving techniques. Logically relating
and fixing problems. Creating content (Support Documents & Videos, etc.) as required
