- Answer customer queries and concern about company’s service or transfer to the person responsible.
- Generate quotation and process orders or any transactions.
- Handle customers’ complaints and collect the customer’s feedback.
- Maintain clear, professional, and empathetic communication with customers throughout the support process.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their inquiries or issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrative or any fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Administrative.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to use MS Office, Outlook, SAP is a plus.
- Complete SVC order coming.
- Increase SCV order completion rate 2%.
