- Develop expertise in Laboratory business products, software, and services to effectively meet customer needs.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage sales leads by qualifying prospects, following up on opportunities, and performing virtual product demonstrations.
- Utilize CRM and ERP systems to track and manage sales activities and customer data.
- Support customer engagement through real-time chat, outbound campaigns, and instrument trial programs.
- Collaborate regularly with management and field sales teams to review sales opportunities and address business trends.
- Ensure data accuracy in sales and service databases and provide timely product quotes and solutions.
- A bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
- Two to three years of any combination of customer service, sales, or marketing related experience.
- Inbound or outbound call center experience, and teleselling skills training, are desirable.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work both independently, and in a team environment, is required.
