We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and drive sustainable growth across key market segments. As a member of the local Senior Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in shaping commercial strategy while developing and executing integrated initiatives that strengthen brand presence, generate high-quality leads, and support revenue growth.
The role encompasses responsibility for Marketing, eCommerce and CRM, including the leadership and development of three team leaders across these functions. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong leadership capability, and hands-on marketing expertise within a B2B environment
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the UK marketing strategy aligned with regional and global business objectives.
- Lead, mentor and develop three team leaders across Marketing, eCommerce and CRM.
- Drive demand generation through integrated campaigns across digital, events, partnerships, and content marketing.
- Work closely with sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with revenue targets and pipeline development.
- Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Oversee marketing budgets, performance metrics, and analytics.
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to localise campaigns and leverage group initiatives in the UK market.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within B2B, technology, life sciences, or industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, eCommerce and CRM systems.
- Strong strategic marketing planning and execution capabilities.
- Demonstrated success in demand generation and revenue-focused marketing.
- Experience leading and developing marketing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with experience managing budgets and marketing performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
