We are looking for a proactive and skilled Field Service Technician to carry out both reactive and preventative service work—including installation, commissioning, certification, and maintenance of our product inspection and systems equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance & Verification: Carry out routine performance verification and preventative maintenance.Installation: Professionally install and commission new equipment at customer sites.
- Breakdown Support: Diagnose and rectify equipment breakdowns efficiently to minimise customer downtime.
- Compliance: Promote audits, calibrations, and validation activities to ensure equipment meets industry standards.
- Performance & Admin: Meet established KPIs and ensure all administrative tasks, including record maintenance, are completed on time.
- Field Travel: Travel regularly to various customer sites to provide on-site technical support.
- Stock Management: Manage and maintain your vehicle stock effectively to ensure high first-time fix rates.
Technical Background: An apprenticeship, degree, or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Problem Solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Customer Focused: A professional and timely manner when handling customer queries and site visits.
Organised: Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills to keep customers and the Leicester office fully briefed.
Mobility: A valid UK driving licence is essential, as this role requires travel to various customer locations
