We're looking for a detail-oriented, strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills and a passion for building supplier relationships. What You'll Do
  • Source and identify suppliers for electrical and electronic components.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms.
  • Place and track purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships.
  • Work closely with engineering and production teams on product needs.
  • Manage the procurement process and resolve supply chain issues.
  • Stay updated on market trends and new technologies.
  • Manage inventory to prevent shortages or excess stock.
  • Address quality, delivery, or invoice issues.
  • Handle End of Life and Last Time Buy components and maintain purchasing dashboards.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Degree or equivalent desirable in Supply Chain Management or Engineering
  • CIPS Qualified or working towards 
  • Purchasing experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Experience in Low-Cost Country Sourcing e.g. Asia and Eastern Europe 
  • Confident in SAP, Power BI and other tools to develop reports and dashboards
