Service Administration Specialist with French (all genders)

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Currently we are looking for a Service Administration Specialist (all genders) to join our Back-office Team.

Your tasks:
  • Effective service orders processing in SAP, control quality and completeness of reports delivered by technicians, enter order confirmations into the system;
  • Invoicing of services, repairs and installations, ensure timely and accurate billing to customers;
  • Maintaining customer information and device database in CRM with reference to information delivered by technicians or customers;
  • Cooperation with business partners in countries supported by the team;
  • Securing high quality and professional day to day service activities within agreed KPI's;
  • Ensure complete and timely electronic archiving all relevant documents;
  • Prepare statistics and reports related to service administration.

What You Need to Succeed

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in similar position. 
  • Very good knowledge of French and English (minimum B2 level). 
  • Well-developed MS Office skills. 
  • Quick perception and excellent attention to detail. 
  • Focus on meeting time frames and adhering to clearly defined rules.

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:
  • CV selection – we contact selected candidates
  • Phone screening with a recruiter (approx. 15 min)
  • Initial interview with the Manager or technical Expert (video conference, approx. 1 hour)
