Market Manager for Laboratory Weighing (All genders)

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

We invite you to join our team as a Market Manager for Laboratory Weighing (all genders). In this role you will play a key role in understanding products, applications, and markets across EMEA. 
You will act as a bridge between Global Product Management, Marketing Communications, Sales, and Dealers. Your responsibilities will include managing product strategy, marketing activities, market analysis, sales support, and overseeing the key tasks related to the designated product portfolio.

Your responsibilities: 
  • Managing product positioning and annual pricing, participating in Strategic Business Unit and Product Group meetings, and maintaining regular communication with Dealer and Regional Sales Teams to exchange product information, product forecast review and gather market needs.
  • Coordinating product launches and phase-outs, preparing marketing materials with Global and EMEA Marcom teams.
  • Developing marketing plans and tools—such as promotions and campaigns—to boost product visibility and support sales growth through Dealers and sales teams.
  • Conducting market and competitor analysis, including Dealer surveys, and providing monthly reports to management.
  • Ensuring accurate product data across sales platforms (eShop, price lists, support portals) in collaboration with Marcom, MDM, and Operations.
  • Supporting sales and technical teams with product-related inquiries and delivering product and market training internally and externally.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience in marketing, sales, product management, or business development within an international environment. 
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written. 
  • Experience with technical products, such as laboratory weighing instruments, including knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Well-developed organizational and planning abilities, with a talent for setting priorities effectively.
  • A degree in science or business-related fields is a plus.
  • Availability to travel within the EMEA region approximately once every one to two months.

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:
  • CV selection - we contact selected candidates
  • Phone screening with a recruiter (approx. 15 min)
  • Initial interview with the Manager (video conference, approx. 1 hour)
  • F2F meeting in our office (approx. 1h).
