Service Administration Specialist with English (All genders)

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

We would like to invite you to join our team for a back-office position within Service Administration.

In this role you will provide administrative support for service processes, including invoicing after service completion, verifying service coverage, and maintaining customer and contract data in SAP. You will cooperate with colleagues from the back office and service teams.
The role is based in Warsaw, Poland. 

Your main tasks: 
  • Service contract administration, 
  • Manage customer data, update data in the system based on information delivered by technicians or customers, 
  • Customer e-mail enquiries related to contract maintenance and contract renewal, 
  • Effective quote processing in SAP based on the agreement with the customer, 
  • Create agreed contract features relevant for appropriate services, 
  • Invoice of contract, ensure timely and accurate billing to customers, 
  • Cooperation with business partners in countries supported by the team, 
  • Ensure complete and timely electronic archiving all relevant documents, 
  • Prepare statistics and reports related to service administration.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Professional experience in similar positions,
  • Very good knowledge of English (B2), 
  • Well-developed MS Office skills, 
  • Quick to learner and detail-oriented, 
  • Ability to work according to clearly defined rules and to manage priorities while meeting deadlines.

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:
  • CV selection – we contact selected candidates
  • Phone screening with a Recruiter (approx. 15 min)
  • Initial interview with the Manager and Recruiter (video conference, approx. 1 hour)
