As our Sales Administration Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
  • Solving customer queries and providing support via email πŸ“¨.
  • Creating and correcting invoices to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring the resolution status πŸ”.
  • Creating quality notifications for our Logistics Team to ensure seamless operations πŸ“¦.
  • Ensuring database integrity by correcting data stored in the SAP system.
  • Sorting out order-related queries and obstacles internally and externally.
  • Being part of the continuously improving society by identifying areas for process improvement and fulfilling improvement projects πŸš€.



What You Need to Succeed

  • Fluency in English (min. C1 level) 🌍.
  • Very good MS Office skills (Word, Outlook).
  • Strong focus on details.
  • Customer-oriented attitude.
Nice to have:
  • First professional experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
