Sales Administration Specialist with English

Due to expansion and growth of our team we are looking for a new person who will join our team!

The Sales Administration Specialist will be responsible for distribution of emails across different team, as first point of contact you need to think quickly and be able to take decision. Find the appropriate solution to the customer queries and if possible, answer to them. You will be responsible for recording customer queries in SAP. In this position you will work on outlook and SAP.

Your tasks:  
  • Triage emails,
  • Solve customer queries as fast as possible,
  • Record queries in our CRM,
  • Ensure database integrity by validating and correcting data stored into SAP,
  • Sort out order related queries and obstacles internally and externally,
  • Be a part of the continuous improvements society by identifying areas for process improvement and fulfilling improvement projects.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken - min. B2 level),
  • Very good MS Office skills,
  • Strong focus to details and customer orientation,
  • Good understanding of complex business processes and service-oriented work.
Additional asset: 
  • Good knowledge of other European language,
  • Experience on similar position,
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system.
