- Preparing RFQs and purchase orders.
- Monitoring deliveries and expediting orders.
- Negotiating contracts and reviewing bids.
- Managing vendor performance and records.
- Resolving issues with defective goods.
- Maintaining inventory and purchasing systems.
- Supporting product development and special projects.
- Additional duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient with the Microsoft office suite and computer tools.(Strong Excel skills needed)
- Must have experience with SAP
- Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
