- Customer call handling & monitoring over email/phone
- Planning Service Engineers' planned activities in co-ordination with Customers' expectations
- Ability to know/learn the geographic territory and travel time estimation
- Customer Satisfaction Measurement
- Analysis of Service Calls data from SAP and SFDC system
- Focus on planned service orders & create advance plan for service engineers
- Leave room for Short Term and dispatching (load factor)
- Quick alignment on last minute installations and other planned orders
- Final review before handing off to calls dispatching team with regular interactions
- Good Planning skills as per available resources & ensure field service productivity
- Diploma, BSc – Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical or B.Com
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- Good Negotiator
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Preferred - Knowledge of SAP and SFDC
- Overall and Specific Experience: 2 to 5 yrs Experience, who have worked on SAP CRM/call management / SFDC
