Supply Chain Planner

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

The Supply Chain Planner is responsible for managing the end-to-end requirements on their assigned retail products. This individual must fully understand supply chain and production operations, as well as be an expert on their assigned retail products. Other job responsibilities include: 

  • Working with product management and marketing organization for proper forecasting and adequate production scheduling to meet customer delivery dates. 
  • Proactive management of past due purchase order lines. 
  • Actively manage Safety Stock levels to ensure high services and optimized inventory levels. 
  • Responsible for entering and managing quality notifications, including damages and lost items in transit. Ability to find successful resolutions.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Business or a related field is preferred. 
  • Experience with SAP Materials Requirement Planning (MRP). 
  • Minimum of two years of material planning experience, preferably with technical products in a manufacturing, assembly, and/or warehouse. 
  •  Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience. 
  • SAP experience is a plus.
