- Trade Show Management and Execution
- In collaboration with MarCom Manager or solo: coordinate and execute approximately 12-15 trade shows annually, ranging from small 10x10 regional shows to large, cross divisional shows of 5500+ sq. ft. including:
- Book space and manage directory listings
- Develop overall theme; coordinating with exhibit house to design the booth
- Lead regular planning meetings to identify all equipment, identify additional demonstrations, and ensure all deliverables are received and prepared for the show
- Recommend promotional opportunities
- Pay all expenses and provide all receipts to MarCom Manager
- Book hotels and manage room lists or recommend hotels
- Create and distribute a thorough communication package with all exhibit details to all
- attendees
- Onsite set up, staffing, and tear down
- Graphic Design
- Design and print brochures, direct mail pieces, application notes, web banner ads, outdoor banners, flyers, sales collateral, and internal documents
- Design large scale graphics for trade shows
- Maintain a centralized archive of marketing materials and images that is accessible to various functional groups internally
- Propose designs and create print and electronic advertisements in accordance with schedule
- Be company champion of corporate branding policies, ensuring branding guidelines are adhered to on all external and internal communications for Division
- Must have extensive experience and competency with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Other duties may be assigned.

- BA or BS degree in Advertising, Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in trade show coordination
