- To research the weighing load cell (or weighing sensor of balance) technology, improve the existing load cell and develop new load cell with MFR (magnetic force restoration) type 30%
- To design/optimize key controlling subsystem or component (from HW/circuit and SW point of view) and design/optimize filtering; concept design mechanical parts including selecting materials 30%
- Based on customer’s needs, to optimize the design from performance and cost points of view, develop compensation method based on fine system modelling 20%
- To design related test case, draft design customized test tool, implement test and troubleshooting in an efficient way 10%
- To study weighing related new technology (internet, patent document, exhibition, sample product analysis etc) 10%
- Education
- PhD or Master in precision instrument, measurement & control technology, electronic engineering or mechatronics engineering
- Working years
- Strong knowledge of physics in electricity, familiar in mechanics, magnetism, and optics; system or subsystem mathematical modeling including control system modelling (i.e. electronic & mechanical, especially traditional control theory), digital signal processing and filtering design; familiar with high resolution analog circuit design/optimization; experience in EMC analysis and experience in mechanical design (mechanical structure) or analysis (kinetics, kinematics or FEA) are nice-to-have
- Professional skill
- Good at English (Writing and Oral), German is nice-to-have
