Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As a Master Data Specialist, you'll be the data quality gatekeeper, training local data stewards, and driving change.
🔹 Operational tasks:
- Support day-to-day master data management in the EU region.
- Perform quality checks, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Fulfill Service Level Agreements with timely data execution.
- Monitor and report master data metrics.
- Train local data stewards and power users.
- Provide support for data-related issues and requests.
- Lead/participate in regular meetings with Data Stewards.
- Act as the first line of support for EU Business Units.
🔹 Project tasks:
- Coordinate activities with key users, IT, and data stewards.
- Report to Project Leads and take full ownership of data objects.
- Support tools development and be the point of contact during data maintenance phases.
- 1+ year of SAP ERP/CRM experience.
- Preferred experience in Customer or Vendor Data Management.
- Strong analytical skills for reporting and data extracts.
- Good understanding of material data management processes.
- Good English skills (min. B2).
- Medium proficiency in MS Excel
- Basic knowledge of Python, SQL or MS Access.
