We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Service Contract Coordinator to ensure the timely renewal of service contracts. This role is essential in delivering outstanding service and support to our clients, thereby maintaining the precision and reliability of their laboratory equipment.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Timely Renewals of contracts
  • Quotation Management: Generate and send pipette quotations to customers within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Lead Management
  • Escalation Management
  • Contract Amendments
  • Customer Communication: Make regular phone calls to existing customers to maintain strong relationships and address any concerns.
  • Inbox Management.
  • Sales Support: Provide support to the field sales team as necessary, assisting with their workload and contributing to overall team success.
