- Increase qualified customer database for targeted segments.
- Follow up on sales leads, fast response towards fulfilling customers’ enquiries.
- Provide sound consultation on Mettler Toledo’s product solution and application.
- Achieve personal & business unit target and agreed Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
- Learn product & application knowledge and able to understand customer need.
- Generate new lead and assist in organize marketing event in enhance new lead.
- Work closely with end-user and dealer in private industry
- Diploma, bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 Years of working experience as sales engineer is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Presentation skills, communication skills, Automation
- Preferably has knowledge of Industrial processes, loadcells etc
- Knowledge of Automation, transmitter, Industry 4.0, and IoT will be an advantage
- Hard worker and target-oriented
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Engineering/Technical or equivalent.
- Willing to be assigned in Surabaya Area
- Monday to Friday, fixed weekend off
