- Collaborate with business units to identify training needs and skill gaps 📊.
- Ensure training content is relevant and aligned with organizational goals.
- Schedule training sessions and manage participant lists 📅.
- Act as a liaison between trainers and participants; provide trainers with necessary resources and information for effective training sessions.
- Gather feedback from participants post-training; maintain records of training sessions, attendance, and outcomes; provide reports to management 📊.
- Review and update training programs based on feedback and organizational changes; propose enhancements to training strategies.
- At least 1 year of experience in similar role (event coordinator, LMS, administrative roles) ⚡.
- Strong organizational and communication skills 🗣️.
- English proficiency at C1 level is a must.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 💻.
