Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Join our Software Delivery Team and have a real impact on creating the software architecture for one of our crucial business applications💻.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance on all aspects of the development process to business stakeholders and development team ensuring solutions meet requirements for performance, security and scalability,
  • Making choices on technologies, libraries and tools to be used in the projects,
  • Design and develop new business software based on .NET for various Mettler-Toledo business units and purposes,
  • Define and enforce unit testing standards for the team,
  • Develops high-level system technical specifications (design) and internal/external communication model,
  • Manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans in alignment with Business Stakeholders, Product Owner(s), and Team Lead.

What You Need to Succeed

  • At least 5+ years working experience in designing and implementing efficient enterprise software solutions,
  • Strong knowledge of C#, .Net from Framework 4.6 to .NET 8, Visual Studio, WPF, Azure, ORM, MS SQL, IIS, Team Foundation Server/Azure DevOps,
  • Team player with international experience, and good communication skills (written and verbal English),
  • Functional and technical leadership ability,
  • Knowledge of SharePoint Client API, LDAP/AD, Mongo, React is a plus.
