- Performing routine service and calibration of customer instruments to maximize uptime and ensure full compliance.
- Strictly following all Mettler Toledo Quality and Health and Safety procedures to maintain safe and consistent work aligned with SOPs.
- Successfully completing an annual calibration competency test for various pipettes to maintain ongoing expertise and compliance.
- Accurately completing and submitting all necessary paperwork promptly.
- Representing the company professionally and assisting customers in optimising their instrument performance.
- Managing and maintaining stock levels of service items and spare parts.
- Practical and technical background, preferably in a biochemistry-related environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical details for non-technical people.
- Attention to detail with high standards of workmanship.
- Willingness to travel daily to customer sites and work away from home if required.
