Supply Chain and Quality Manager

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Administration, Industrial Engineering etc.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience and solid expertise in procurement, supply chain management and quality, import, export, logistics, and warehouse/inventory management,
  • Proven ability to manage complex logistics and warehouse operations,
  • Solid understanding of logistics contracts, budgeting, and performance monitoring,
  • Strong leadership, team development, negotiation, and communication skills,
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, especially SAP,
  • Strong skills in cost analysis and budget planning,
  • Advanced level of English.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Supporting Company’s growth and business strategies in terms of operational excellence, quality, efficiency increase of the processes.
  • Acting as a strategic business partner in supply hain management and partnering with sales, service and marketing departments in line with global Company and local legal procedures. 
  • Developing procedures to provide coordination for the area of activity of supply chain and quality management with sales, service, marketing and finance (ISO, Türkak etc.)  
  • Being responsable for Order management, Import&Export, Warehouse management, procurement, leases. 
  • Supporting Finance department for internal and external audit.
  • Updating and revising supply chain implementations in line with new or changing environmental polictics, standards, regulations and distributions. 
  • Selecting the most economical transportation routes to consolidate shipments or consolidate warehousing and distribution. 
  • Monitoring forecasts and quotas to determine impacts on supply chain/IM/EX activities or to identify changes. 
  • Negotiating prices with suppliers or customs brokers. 
  • Developing or implementing procedures or systems for supplier selection and evaluation. 
  • Analyzing information about supplier performance or purchasing program success. 
  • Evaluating and selecting technology or information solutions for materials or product distribution, inventory reporting, and tracking. 
  • Determining, negotiating, and facilitating negotiation of internal quality procedures, standards, and definitions to ensure customer needs are met. 
  • Researching and establishing standards for quality and health and safety. 
  • Providing service to develop procedures, standards, and systems.
