Internship in Thermal Analysis 80-100%

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Our thermal analysis systems are of the highest quality and performance. They are designed to determine a wide range of thermal and mechanical properties. Our customers use them for the research, development, and quality assurance of substances and materials of all kinds. To strengthen our team at our global operational headquarters in Nänikon-Greifensee, we are looking for an Internship in Thermal Analysis 80-100% (workload in average) for 3 - 6 months.

In this role, your responsibilities would include:
  • Measuring polymers and other samples in the Thermal Analysis laboratory
  • Evaluating measurements
  • Statistically assessing series measurements
  • Testing new equipment and software
  • Supporting project-related measurement series

What You Need to Succeed

Following requirements are necessary for this role:
  • Ongoing or completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field
  • Strong interest in analytical methods and laboratory work
  • High degree of independence, reliability, and a strong sense of quality and responsibility
  • German skills are an advantage but not mandatory 
  • Very good communication skills in English are required
