- 1) Responsible for Achieving Pan India assigned targets of TS Product and consumable Of Lab SBUS.
- 2) Achieve defined AR target
- 3) Coach and develop team with next level of competency (TS group guild lines & material to be used
- 4) Motivate and retain team to achieve long term organization objective
- 5) Drive initiatives ( CGP, GWP, LTO, I base calling, No of Instruments sales etc.)
- 6) Deliver monthly and quarterly objectives and develop dashboard to effectively measure it (Sales Number BA, Region, SPG, Account wise, LTO, etc.)
- 7) Find new avenues and Strategy to drive growth ( pH solution business and Crucibles etc.)
- 8) Drive ARC Renewals
- 9) Collaborate with RLS/SLS to penetrate regional accounts and develop short term tactical plans
- 10) Drive PR in TS channel and effectively approve set discounts limits without price leakage
- 12) ensure smooth order to cash collection by collaborating and influencing all stake holders
- 13) Develop team competency with regular training by Tech support and IMSG team
- 14) Develop competency of team to enable selling of WS/ANA high end products through TS channel. Ensure effective involvement of field team for ANA products to improve conversions and develop synchronization with field team
