The Strategic E2E Planner is a high-impact role designed to harmonize global supply chain operations. Rather than managing a single node, you will oversee the entire value chain—from raw material availability to final delivery. Operating within our GSCM, you will be a key driver in transitioning our network from a traditional "push" model to a Demand-Driven (Pull) ecosystem, ensuring lean inventory and superior customer agility.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Planning:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive production plans that align with customer demand, inventory levels, and production capacity.
- Monitor and adjust plans in real-time to respond to changes in demand, supply chain disruptions, and other unforeseen events.
- S&OP experience
- Lead and orchestrate the monthly End-to-End S&OP process, ensuring tight alignment between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive "One Number" consensus.
- Facilitate Executive S&OP meetings by translating complex supply chain data into actionable business insights and strategic scenarios for senior leadership.
- Bridge the gap between strategic business goals and operational execution, focusing on achieving Financial AOP (Annual Operating Plan) targets.
- Dynamic Inventory Strategy
- Utilize digital tools and technologies to improve planning accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness.
- Shift from static safety stock to Dynamic Buffer Management. Use data-driven insights to right-size inventory across global hubs, maximizing cash flow and service levels.
- Implement and optimize digital solutions for demand forecasting, inventory management, and production scheduling.
- Performance Metrics:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators such as OTD, ITO, and inventory turnover.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and develop actionable plans to enhance performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, production, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on planning objectives and strategies.
- Communicate planning status, issues, and solutions to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in planning and digital transformation.
- Lead initiatives to improve planning processes, tools, and systems.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or Data Science with a heavy emphasis on Operations Research.
- Analytical Stack:
- Expert proficiency in Excel (Solver/VBA) and Power BI/Tableau.
- Experience with SQL or Python/R for supply chain modeling is a distinct advantage.
- Deep understanding of ERP Logic (SAP) and how MRP parameters mathematically interact.
- Experience:
- 5+ years in a high-volume, global SCM environment. Proven track record of improving Inventory Turns (ITO) through model-based interventions.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning or supply chain management within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in leveraging digital tools and technologies to drive performance improvements.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools and technologies, including ERP systems, data analytics software, and project management tools.
- Fluent in English listening, speaking, and writing.
