- Install, commission, calibrate, maintain, and repair laboratory instruments; provide training and application support to customers.
- Act as a technical advisor by delivering product consultation, application guidance, and regulatory compliance support.
- Manage service activities (customer visits, reports, CRM updates) and ensure timely completion in line with KPIs.
- Identify customer needs and drive service business growth (spare parts, contracts, upgrades) in collaboration with sales.
- Degree/Diploma in Chemistry, Electrical/Electronic, Instrumentation, Physics, Automation, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in laboratory equipment, scientific instruments, or technical service.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of technical equipment.
- Familiar with laboratory or instrumentation equipment is a plus.
- Basic understanding of project management.
- Willing to travel across Indonesia.
- Valid driving license (SIM A).
- Exposure to IoT or connected devices is a must
