Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Are you looking for a successful career start after your graduation? Do you have a good backpack full of theoretical knowledge and want to gain practical experience? Then take your chance and join the METTLER TOLEDO 18 months Digital Talent Graduate Program. Within Digital Business Services, we are looking for motivated and target oriented individuals willing to start their career in a challenging environment. Your responsibilities will be impactful, and will give you a good overview of the business, with mentoring by and collaboration with local and global management. The assignments within the program will be tailored to you, depending on your skill set and your preferences. Over a period of 18 months, you will be able to expand your knowledge and your network within different Business Units. Start date is September 1, 2021.

Unit 1: Digital Business Services 
Digital Business Services is a business focused and modern digitalization organization in METTLER TOLEDO that covers everything from infrastructure, applications, data and reporting to projects such as Blue Ocean Roll-ins, M365 implementation and infrastructure upgrades. Assignments are possible in departments such as Business Applications, Business Technology, Business Transformation, Data Governance, Digital Workplace Solutions, Enterprise Reporting & Analytics, Information Security & Governance.

Unit 2: Swiss Market Organization 
Our Swiss Market Organization serves the Swiss market with all METTLER TOLEDO products and services. There are interesting departments to choose like Tele-Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Engineering or our Service Department. 

Unit 3: Software Development Center 
Software Development Center is a professional software development center, which supports business units in implementing and supporting their Software needs in accordance with METTLER TOLEDO Software Strategies. Possible working assignments are in Testing, Software Development, Product Management, Project Management.

What You Need to Succeed

  • A very good university degree (Master-Diploma) 
  • Initial experience and knowledge from internships, working student activities, etc.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with a “can do” attitude, and a strong interest for technology and digital solutions
  • Resilience, commitment and the wish to go the extra mile
  • Open to change and with high learning agility
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
