SAP Junior Business Process Trainer (10-month contract)

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

The primary focus of this position is to design, update and create training materials that would implement a global template at Mettler-Toledo's locations across the world. Your main responsibilities would be supporting all deployments and ensuring that the business solutions (processes, management rules, data standards, organizational changes) are well implemented. As a Junior Business Process Trainer, you will get to know new processes, create documentation, align with the stakeholders and finally deliver basic training.

Your key responsibilities would include:
  • Designing, updating, and maintaining training documents.
  • Providing 1st level support for training and e-learning tools.
  • Testing SAP processes.
  • Maintaining business relations with global and local process experts, trainers - focused on learning and development matters.
  • Aligning with stakeholders in order to improve training catalogs, learning, and development programs.
  • Learning SAP and getting ready for future training delivery.
  • Reporting regularly to Training Lead and Training Coordinators on the issues and progress of training scheduled.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • SAP CRM knowledge will be a great asset.
