Assembler Trainer

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

An Assembler Trainer (Electrical and Mechanical) ensures that personnel have required parts, materials instructions and required training to efficiently complete assigned work and meet production goals. This position will teach other Assemblers how to:

  • Utilize a variety of hand/power tools, fixtures, work instructions and mechanical/electrical schematics to assemble Product Inspection equipment while meeting our safety and quality standards.

  • Follow trained procedures for assembly and assemble machines based on the production schedule and as assigned by the Assembly Manager.

  • Proficient with using a multimeter
  • Safety aware

  • Good time management
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
  • Self-starter
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office


Minimum Education / Experience Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum Three (3) years' experience in industrial machinery with previous training experience preferred.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
