Digital Marketing Specialist

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

The focus of your role will be to steer and develop PPC / Display campaigns, optimizing them and increasing efficiency using top-notch digital marketing tools.
To fulfill that role you should have an understanding of and experience in Search Paid advertising. 
You will use that knowledge to collaborate with different teams from across many countries.

Your tasks:
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders in order to develop and execute search strategies and campaigns performance (SEA/PPC/Display) with the purpose of exceeding lead generation and ROI goals.
  • Hands on implementation of paid search and GDN display campaigns, including proper setting and execution, keyword research and list development, bid management, performance analysis, and optimization.
  • Conducting A/B testing of ads and landing pages to ensure data-driven decision making.
  • Analyzing performance data, formulating insights, and translating them to actionable next steps.
  • Assisting with build and maintaining project management processes that streamline SEA & Display initiatives.
  • Budget forecasting, monitoring & adjustment.
  • Creating communication material for our stakeholders.
  • Keeping abreast of new SEA trends.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 3 years experience of professional experience in SEM / SEA / PPC - preferably in an agency.
  • Very good knowledge of Google Ads and Google Display Network (GDN). 
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel. 
  • Fluency in English (C1 level). 
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and accuracy. 
  • Ability to work well independently as well as in a cross-cultural team. 

Nice to have: 

  • Working experience in the following tools is a plus: Skai (former Kenshoo), Bing, Yandex, Yahoo JP, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, LinkedIn Advertising
