Business Process Transformation Expert (SAP MM/SD)

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Business Transformation Expert in Suppy Chain Management will define the transition plan, manage the local key users and stakeholders, manage roll-in activities, and act as quality gate and senior change agent towards the business unit. The Business Transformation Expert can align an organization in a challenging new direction and knows how to manage change using structured and transparent methods. The BTE will be a trusted expert, understanding the template and business processes of the units. #TrainingTeam

You will:
  • Drive template roll-ins to facilitate global process alignment/template adherence. 
  • Manage project KPIs and stage gates to monitor roll-in progress and risks. 
  • Guide key users and management through the implementation and transformation process. 
  • Act as an advisor toward the local unit.
  • Enable unit key users and build ownership by setting expectations, sharing best practices, facilitating cross-unit exchange and job rotation, and creating a positive change environment and strategy. 
  • Enable stakeholders for change leadership, run business change impact assessments, and define change actions with key users and local stakeholders.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Practical knowledge of SAP SD and SAP MM processes used in Logistics.
  • Expert knowledge of Supply Chain Management processes.
  • Project Management experience and strong business process knowledge.
  • Fluent English.
  • Solid communication and collaboration skills.
  • Well-experienced working in a matrixed organization across borders, cultures, and time zones.
  • Personal credibility to mobilize and energize people around common goals.
  • Experience in working on international transformation projects for big corporations.
  • Pro-activeness, strong customer orientation and hands-on mentality.
  • Willingness to travel (max. 50%).
